摘要
本文列举了英语专业目前所面临的四种危机,分析了当前比较流行的解决这些危机的对策,提出了借鉴美国高校经验,开设英语专业交际专业的设想。
This paper lists four kinds of crisis that face college English language and literature programs and analyses the prevailing countermeasures being adopted in some universities. It suggests offering technical communication programs as a way out based on the experience of American universities.
