摘要
在作者多年开展农业气候论证工作的基础上，结合农业开发的实践经验，指出了开 展农业气候论证工作的必要性、可行性，论述了农业气候论证的原则，提出了应用高新技术 进行农业气候论证的工作程序、方法和步骤。
On the basis of agriculture climate demonstration in several years, c ombine the experience of agriculture development,point out the necessity and fea sibility of agriculture climate demonstration,discuss the principle of agriculta re climate demonstration,put forward the procedure and method of agriculture cli mate demonstration by use of High ＆New technique.
