在回顾总结江西省气象部门目标管理工作的基础上,提出了做好目标管理工作的几点体会和方法。并对进一步提高目标管理工作水平进行了思考,认为目标管理体系应具有科学性、客观性,目标考核应具有严肃性、公正性;认为应把目标管理工作和总体工作紧密联系起来,达到相互促进、全面发展、共同提高的效果,从而促进气象事业的发展。

On the basis of reviewing the object management of Jiangxi meteorological development,several understandings and methods of how to do object management better have been given out.By pondering over how to enhance the object management work standard further,it is thought that the object management system shoul d be scientific and objective,and the object management should be serious and just.The object management work should be linked closely with the total work to promote mutually,to develop totally,and to enhance jointly,thereby to promote meteorological undertakings development.
