摘要
本文根据高校特点 ,在对本校基层党支部调查研究的基础上 ,就如何按照“三个代表”的要求加强高校基层党支部建设问题 ,从以下三个方面进行了论述 :把根本点放在抓先进性上 ;把立足点放在不断探索和注重工作实效上 ;组织部要把工作着力点放在履行职责、切实解决实践问题上。
This paper will discuss about how to strengthen the construction of the basic-level party branch according to the requirement of“three symbols”on a basis of investigation and research form the following three aspects:placing the fundamental importance on the advanced;placing the foothold on constantly exploring and stressing the pratical effect of work;organization department should attach great importance to fulfilling responsibilities and showing pratical problems.
