摘要
本文对 2 6个科 32种植物的茎叶及果实进行抽提 ,测定其对美洲斑潜蝇成虫的产卵驱避作用 ,应用干扰作用控制指数 (IIPC)作为评价这些提取物对美洲斑潜蝇的作用效果的指标。试验结果表明 ,华南毛蕨Cyclosorus parasiticus,海南红豆 Radermachera hainanensis,潺稿树 L itsea glutihhosa,芭蕉 Musa paradeseaca,大花紫薇 L agerstroemia speciosa,鸡蛋花 Passiflora edulis,大叶海金沙 L yglodium flexuosum的成虫驱避作用较好 ,其干扰作用控制指数分别为 0 .0 2 8,0 .0 76 ,0 .0 78,0 .0 78,0 .119,0 .12 0 ,0 .176 ,而鱼腥草 H outtuynia corda-ta,竹叶草 Oplismenus compositus,五爪金龙 Ipomoea cairica,红花酢酱草 Oxalis comiculata,假地豆 Desmodiumheterocarpum,倒扣草 Achyranthes aspera等则有引诱作用 ,倒扣草 Achyranthes
Based on theory of joint evolution, many plants can release semio chemicals to avoid being fed by insects, 33 plants were used to experiment repellent effect against the feeding and oviposition of Liriomyza sativae. The result showed that 4 plants have good repellent effect, including Cyclosorus parasiticus, Radermachera hainanensis, Litsea glutihhosa, Musa paradeseaca, the interference indices of population control (IIPC) were 0.028, 0.076, 0.078, 0.078,repectively. 8 extracts of plants have lure effect,and different extrants with different solvents has different repellent effect. The preferable plants and non preferable plants were interrelated on plants kingdom.
