摘要
本文评述了南方红豆杉(Taxus chinensis var. mairei)扦插繁殖和离体培养的研究现状,着重回顾了穗条选择、扦插前的穗条处理、扦插基质、季节和生物措施等对穗条生根、存活和扦插苗生长的影响,并对细胞培养和提高细胞培养物中紫杉醇含量的研究进行概述。
The literature on cutting propagation and culture in vitro of Taxus chinensis var. mairei was reviewed in this paper. Effects of the selection of stock, treatment of stock, planting medium, planting season, biological measure and other measure on rooting, survival and growth of the cutting were reviewed. Meanwhile, cell culture and the measure for increment of taxol content in cultured cells were outlined.
