复方沙棘籽油栓治疗阴道炎的疗效观察

The effect of treatment with Shaji oil compound balanism on three kinds of vagmitis

目的 探讨中药制剂复方沙棘籽油栓治疗念珠菌、老年性、滴虫性阴道炎的疗效。方法 对103名患阴道炎(念珠菌、滴虫及老年性阴道炎)的患者,每天清洁外阴后,阴道上复方沙棘籽油栓药1枚,7d为1个疗程,一般用药2个疗程为宜。结果 复方沙棘籽油栓对念珠菌阴道治愈率为88.6％,1个月后复发率为15.4％。对滴虫性阴道炎治愈率为89.5％,对老年性阴道炎治愈率为60％,有效率为97.5％。结论 复方沙棘籽油栓具有抗菌、杀虫、消炎、止痒的作用,适用于各种类型阴道炎的治疗。

Objective To study the efiect of treatment Shaji oil compound balanism (oleum fiuctus hippophae rham-noides) on three kinds of vaginitis. Methods 103 cases with 3 kinds of vaginitis including Candidal, trichomonas and senile by one piece of this bablnism into vagina, after cleaning the vulvae.7 times as a course, 14 times appropriate.Results The cure rate Candidal vaginitis cure rate were 88.6%, and the one month rate of recurrence after treatment was 15.4% .Cure rate of trichomonal vaginitis was 89.5% , while for senile vaginitis, the cure rate was 60%, and available rate 97.5% .Conclusion Shaji oil compound balanism can be anti - inflammation, kill trichomnas and itching , so helpful for all kinds of vaginitis.
