摘要
目的探讨盆腔外子宫内膜异位症发病潜伏时间、临床表现、治疗原则及预后.方法回顾性分析1993年1月至2001年8月本院收治的20例盆腔外子宫内膜异位症的临床资料,其中17例为腹壁子宫内膜异位症,3例为会阴子宫内膜异位症.结果根据典型的临床表现,术前多可做出诊断.本组均手术彻底切除病灶.随访17例,失访3例,随访时间6个月～5年,均无复发.结论盆腔外子宫内膜异位症单纯彻底手术治疗可以治愈.
Objective To study 20 patients who developed extrapelvic endometriosis, 17 cases of abdominal wall, and 3 perineum.Methods Clinical data of 20 patients with extrapelvic endometriosis confirmed by pathology from January 1993 to August 2001 admitted in our gynecological ward were analyzed retrospectively. Results The diagnosis could be made according to the typical symptoms and examinations.In all cases the treatment applied was complete surgical excision of the lesion. None of 17 patients had recurrence during the follow - up period ranging from 0.5 ~ 5 years, however, the follow - up of 3 cases were lost.Conclusion Wide excision of these kind of endometriosis offers the best chance to prevent recurrence.
