利凡诺与米非司酮联合用于中期妊娠引产的临床研究

Clinical study of Rivanol in combination with Mifepristone for termination of mid - trimester of pregnancy

目的探讨利凡诺与米非司酮联合用于中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法选择160例中期妊娠妇女随机分A组与B组及对照组。其中A组与B组均口服米非司酮150 mg后,A组患者再经腹羊膜腔注入利凡诺50mg,而B组注入利凡诺100mg,对照组单用利凡诺100 mg。结果A、B组与对照组引产成功时间、腹痛、宫颈撕裂及副作用的比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05),A组比B组副作用小,引产效果类似。结论 利凡诺50mg配伍米非司酮联合引产,可用于中期妊娠引产。

Objective To study the efficacy of rivanol in combination with mifepristone for termination of midtrimester of pregnancy. Methods A randomized comparative study in 160 women of midtrimester of pregnancy. Women were randomly divided into 3 groups , study A, study B and control group. In group A and group B mifepriston 150mg was given to every case. Then in group A 50mg rivanol was injected by abdominal intra- amniotic route, while group B 100mg rivanol was used instead by the same way. But in the control group lOOmg rivanol only used only. Results The results showed that there were significant differences between study groups and control group from the successful time, the abdominal pain, the laceration of cervix as well as the side effects. There were few side effects in group A than in group B, while the effect of termination of pregnancy was about the same. Conclusion Rivanol 50mg in combination with mifepristone is an optimal method for termination of mid - trimester of pregnancy.
