摘要
本文主要阐述社区制的管理理念、方式和目标,介绍了社区制实践的三种具体模式,即上海模式、沈阳模式和江汉模式,并重点分析社区制中存在的两种倾向、三种模式以及四个版块之间的关系。
The paper mainly elaborates the governanceprinciples,ways and targets of the communitysystem,introducing three typical modesof communitysystems:Shanghaimode,Shenyangmodeand Jianghan mode.Finally the paper stressed on the point to analyze two kinds of tendencies,three kinds of modesand the relationship betweenfour sectors in communitysystem.
