摘要
求职择业是大学生人生的重要转折。由于他们各自的家庭环境、社会背景、个人经历、所学专业不同,他们的就业期望也不尽相同,因而其就业心理产生的原因有所差异。尤其近三年来,就业形势的紧迫,使大学生就业心态和趋势在发生着很大的变化。本文主要从大学生就业心态调研与就业心理表现入手,分析大学生就业心态、心理的形成、变化及影响因素,从而解析大学生就业心理调适与心理素质培养的相关模式。
In terms of college students”different families,social backgrounds,experiences,majors,they have various job-hunting expectations at the turning point of life.To date,intensive job-obtaining situations lead to many sorts of job-obtaining mind and majority trend. With a thorough invistigation,the author mainly discusses the formation,development,and affection of college students”job-obtaining mentality,so as to present a bood model for psychology adjustment and makings promotion.
