民进党二次转型初探

On DPP's Second Transformation

民进党二次转型肇因于当选后的执政挑战与党内新型力量的生成。缘于上次转型的经验教训,民进党从党务改造着手,大幅调整党的权力结构与决策机制,“首长制”取代派系共治的“合议制”,“党政分离”、“外造政党”逐渐向“党政同步”、“内造政党”转轨。但在路线调整方面,民进党始终无法跨越“台独”标杆,无法对“台独”基因进行彻底的改造及变异。因此,转型将是民进党长期的历史性课题。

DPP’s second transformation originated from the reigning challenge and the formation of the new power inside the party. But in the field of the route adjustment, DPP is unable to stride across the pole of Taiwan Independency,from the beginning to the end,which was regarded as a magic weapon of the party’s ruling tactics and election. The crucial factor is that DPP couldn't abandon the doctrine of Taiwan Independency and thus it couldn't change the Gene of Taiwan Independency. Therefore,transformation will be a long term historical problem of DPP.
