摘要
保护罪犯在器官移植中的权利是当代器官移植所面临的一个复杂的问题。器官移植中应注意保护罪犯的生命健康权、身体权和知情权。
It is a big problem for modern organ transplantation to protect the criminal rights.During the organ transplantation,the life and health right and the body right as well as the information-knowing right should be well protected.
