结合绿色化学的特点及其研究结果 ,从生活垃圾的产业化处理 ,新技术、新方法的应用 ,绿色工艺的实施以及绿色化学的合成路线设计和实验等几个方面探讨了在城市环境中如何贯彻并实施绿色化学 .提出学校和科研机构、工厂企业等依据自身特点控制污染源 ,实现“零排放”相应措施 .

Basing on characters of green chemical and the research results, the paper discussed how to carry through and implement the green chemical in city environment under these fields which include industrialization treatment of life waste, application of new technologies and methods, putting in practice green technics, design and test of green chemical synthesize way et al. It proposed the related measures of controlling source of pollution and to realize 'zero pollution' in schools and colleges, scientific research institutions, factories and corporations et al.
