An Analysis of the Causes and Strategies of Sudden and Group Incidents in Higher Learning Institutions

重视和研究高校群体性突发事件 ,关系到社会和高校的稳定发展 ,也关系到在校大学生健康的成长和未来的发展。本文分析了近十多年来高校突发事件的成因、特点 ,论述了解决突发事件的原则及方法。

The handling of sudden and group incidents in higher learning institutions has a great bearing on the stability of social and school development, as well as on the healthy development of students. So, more efforts should be made to solve this problem. This paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of the sudden and group incidents having taken place in the past ten years, and puts forward a series of principles and strategies to overcome them.
