摘要
首先阐述了词汇记忆在外语学习中的地位和重要性 ,分析了学生对词汇学习感到困难的原因 ,然后以认知心理学的最新研究成果为出发点 ,提出词汇学习也是一种新旧知识的作用过程 ,并以此为立足点探讨了策略教学对大学外语词汇教学的启示。
The article first emphasizes the significance of vocabulary memorizing in English learning, and analyses the reasons why students feel fatigued in vocabulary learning. Then the author, taking the current research of cognitive psychology as its springboard, points out that vocabulary learning is also a process of interaction between new and prior knowledge. On the basis of these psychological theories the author analyzes the significance of strategy teaching for college English teaching and summarizes some useful strategies in vocabulary memorizing.
