构建浙江省小学美术教师一体化培养模式的若干思考

Some Reflections on the Construction of an Integrated Pattern of Cultivating Art Teachers for Primary Schools in Zhejiang

通过对浙江省小学美术教师培养教育的现状反思 ,依据基础教育发展和教师终身教育对艺术教师素质的要求 ,对构建我省小学美术师资一体化培养模式的原则和课程设置诸方面展开论述和研究。

In accordance with the requirements towards the qualities of art teachers from the development of elementary education and life-long education for the teachers,this article is developing discussion and research on some aspects related to the principles and designing of the courses, which construct an integrated pattern of cultivating art teachers for primary schools in Zhejiang by pondering over the current situation of the cultivating of art teachers in primary schools.
