摘要
以籼粳亚种间杂交组合 优2070、 优419及其恢复系2070、中419为材料,研究强弱势粒的灌浆动态和籽粒淀粉磷酸化酶活性的变化,认为强势粒灌浆启动早,对弱势粒有明显的灌浆抑制,这种灌浆动态与强弱势粒淀粉磷酸化酶的活性是相适应的.虽然亚种间杂交稻组合强势粒与弱势粒的结实率低于其恢复系,但由于组合具有穗大粒多的高库容特点,使其产量仍高于恢复系.
Using indica\|japonica hybrid rices of Ⅱyou2070, Ⅱyou419 and their restorer lines 2070, Zhong419 as materials, we studied grain filling dynamics and starch phosophorylase changes of vigorous and weak spikelets. The results show that vigorous spikelets start to fill at early filling stage and inhibit grain filling process of weak spikeletes. This kind of grain filling dynamics was matched with the changes of starch phosophorylase of vigorous and weak spikelets. Though indica\|japonica hybrid rices had lower setting percentage than that of their restorer lines, they had higher yield as a result of large sinks with many spikelets.
