Educational administration in higher education institutes is a complicated but important job. Because of the lack of technical measures, we have got many problems in educational administration, the means to solve which is to support educational administration effectively in virtue of computers and network techniques. With the practice of the development of the comprehensive educational administration system, this article states the necessity, scope, module, function and effect of the technical support to educational administration.
