On the Peaceful Co - Existence of the Soviet Union with Germany During 1935-1937

１９３５～１９３７年苏联对德政策除了采取集体安全政策之外，还尝试着与德国和平共处，建立正常的政治关系，当时独特的国际环境和苏联领导人矛盾的心理为后者的实行提供了条件。苏联对德国和平共处的尝试最终失败了，但这种尝试干扰和削弱了苏联长期追求集体安全的努力，而且为以后苏德签订互不侵犯条约拉开了序幕。

During 1935 - 1937, apart from adopting the collective security policy, the Soviet Union attempted to peacefully co - exist and establish normal political relations with Germany. The then international situation and the contradictory state of mind of the Soviet leaders provided conditions for thes. The attempt of peaceful co - existence of the Soviet Union with Ger- many finally ended in failure. However, this attempt interfered with and weakened the efforts of the Soviet Union in pursuing collective security,thus becoming the prelude to the later Non - Aggression Treaty between the Soviet Union and Germany.
