抗战时期国民政府中央银行体制的确立

The Establishment of the Central Bank System under the Nationa list Government during the AntiJapanese War

1927年南京政府统治确立后，即开始与西方先进国家金融体制接轨，但在抗战前未能完成这一转型。抗战期间，为使国家银行“统一意志，集中力量”，国民政府遂成立改组了四联总处，代行中央银行职能，扶植中央银行逐步成为“国家的银行，银行的银行，发行的银行”，确立了近代中央银行体制。金融体制的近代化，是中国近代化进程的一个重要组成部分和重要环节，对于抗战的胜利和中国社会的发展，具有一定的进步作用。

After the Nanjing government controlled China in 1927,i t started to learn financial system from the advanced western countries.However, the new system was not complete before the AntiJapanese War.During the war,in order for the state bank to “unify the will and concentrate the strength”,the nationalist govenment founded and reorganized the four unions to function as the central bank,supporting the central bank to become the “national bank,bank of banks and distributing bank”,thus setting up the system of modern bank.The fina ncial modernization is an important component and link in the process of China's modernization,playing positive functions to the victory of the war and the deve lopment of modern Chinese society.
