摘要
企业核心竞争力具有价值性、独特性和延展性。研究企业核心竞争力 ,须关注一般竞争力、竞争优势、核心产品、核心技术、硬核心竞争力、软核心竞争力等相关概念。企业核心竞争力的培育 ,应从核心技术能力培育、战略决策能力培育、组织协调与生产制造能力培育。
The key competitive ability of an enterprise is valuable,distinctive and can be extended.One must pay close atention to the related concepts such as general competitive ability,competitive superiority,key products,key technologies,hard key competitive ability and soft key competitive ability and so on in the study of the key competitive ability of an enterprise.Cultivating the key competitive ability should start from cultivating the ability of inventing key technologies,making strategic decision,organizing and coordinating production and marketing.
