当代高等职业教育的发展是与各国社会、经济的发展密不可分的。随着新技术革命的进行和产业结构的调整 ,当代国外高等职业教育的办学呈现出一些共同的发展趋势 :在教育教学中愈加重视实践训练 ;以能力为本位的职业教育、培训模式日渐受重视 ;高等职业教育的开放性愈来愈强 ;在高职人才的素质教育中越来越强调行为意识、非专业能力等方面素质的培养 ;高等职业教育由终结性教育向终身教育发展。

The development of contemporary higher vocational education is intimately linked with social and economic development of all countries.Along with the new tech revolution and industry restructuring,some common developing tendencies of foreign higher vocational education have been emerging:Practice is paid much more attention to in education;the aility centered vocational education and training model are increasingly valued;the higher vocational education becomes opener and opener;more and more emphasis is laid on the development of behavior consciousness and non specialty abilities in the quality oriented education;the higher vocaional education involves from terminal into lifelong education.
