The strategy of ruling a country by law and mor al is Ji ang Ze-min＇s new development for our Party＇s general plan in running the country .This strategy generalizes the state administration experience in human history, embodies the fundamental requirement of human culture choice and represents prog ressive orientation of China＇s advanced culture.It is also a remarkable applicat ion of materialist dialectics in state administration.So this strategy will be b ound to greatly promote the historical process of building socialism with Chines e characteristics.
