摘要
成功的教师适应方案的共同特征是:共担责任和相互 支持的文化;新教师和熟练教师的交互作用;职业发展的连续性和统一性;对评价的轻描淡 写;具体明确的目的;当局在政策、财政和时间上的支持。教师适应的三种组织模式及成 功策略是:导师指导;优秀教学实践示范;有目的的介入;发挥评价的积极作用。现有教 师适应方案存在的一些问题:缺乏系统性;轻视学生实习;经费短缺及不公平等。
The chief characteristics of those successful teacher induction program are as follows:the culture of sharing responsibilities and supporting each ot her;interactions between new teachers and experienced teachers;evaluation mentio ned lightly;specific purposes;and the political,financial and time support from t he authorities.The most important and successful strategies in teacher induction are as follows:mentoring,modeling good teacher practice,orientations,and ins ervice training etc.The main problems of the existing t eacher induction program are as follows:missing program elements,improved stu dent teaching practice,lack of financial commitment and calling on equity.
