摘要
文化价值管理理论是对传统管理理论模式的全面超越和扬弃 ,这种以突现人的主体性为核心的管理理论的“哥白尼式革命”与康德的“哥白尼式革命”有着异曲同工之趣。重视人的主体性 ,主张“目的人”思想放弃“工具人”思想 ,成为西方传统管理理论走出自身困境的最优选择。我国企业管理中人的主体性和目的性的发挥应充分继承中华民族优秀文化传统中浓厚的人文精神 ,结合西方传统科学管理中先进的理性管理理念 。
Culture value management theory which surpasses and sublates traditional management theory pattern comprehensively,is a profound 'Copernican revolution' based on human subject nature in management idea history,which is different in approach but equally satisfactory in result with Kant's 'Copernican revolution'.Emphasizing human subject nature,advocating 'goal man' idea and abandoning 'tool man' idea,should be the best choice in which Western traditional management theory can go out of its predicament.The development of human subject nature and goal nature in our corporate management should carry on strong humane spirit in Chinese excellent culture tradition to establish modern culture value managemnt embodying human centered management completely,combining reason management idea in Western traditional scientific management.
