宋代是中国封建社会“皇权一士大夫”政治体制确立时期。这一体制的确立 ,从表层上看 ,与宋代科举制度和崇文抑武的国策直接相联 ;从深层上透视 ,它是唐末五代以来生产关系、阶级结构变化和社会经济文化发展的产物。文官政治的确立 ,顺应了历史发展潮流。

The imperial power scholar officials political system in China's feudal society was set up in the Song Dynasty.THe setting up of this system was a result of mutual influence and effect of several factors.Outwardly,it was rightly connected with imperial exams system and the national policy of esteeming civilians and repressing warriors.Inwardly,it was the outcome of the changes of the production relations and class structures since the end of Tand Dynasty and Five Dynasties.It was the result of the development of social economics and culture.The setting up of the Scholar officials of Song Dynasty went with the stream of the historical development.
