摘要
区域高校社会服务需要系统而完备的机制予以保证。以区域高校社会服务相关内外因素的关系 ,区域高校社会服务机制的基本框架划分为外部机制和区域高校社会服务内部机制两大部分 ,由上到下、由大向小 ,可划分为宏观调节机制、中观调节机制、微观调节机制三个层次。要根据学校、系、教学科研人员三者之间在观念、政策、措施、操作方式等诸方面的相互联系和关系 ,建立健全区域高校内部的动力机制、导向机制、激励机制、平衡机制、评价机制、分配机制、管理机制。
The social service system of regional colleges and universities needs to be ensured by the systematic and perfect mechanism. The basic framework of social service mechanism of regional colleges and universities can be divided into two parts: the outer mechanism and the inner mechanism of social service of regional colleges and universities according to their interrelated inter and outer relationships. From the higher level downward and from the big to the small, it can be divided into three administrative levels: macro-adjusting mechanism, media-adjusting mechanism and micro-adjusting mechanism. In the light of ideas, policies, measures and operating ways among universities, departments, and teaching and research staff, the following inner mechanisms of regional colleges and universities should be established completely: motive force, guiding, encouraging, balancing, assessing, distributing, managing and self-developing.
