我国加入WTO后 ,区域高校面临新挑战和新问题。为了在激烈的竞争中更好地生存和发展 ,区域高校必须保持冷静的头脑 ,实事求是地认识、分析自己在竞争中的优势、劣势 ,寻求对策 :解放思想 ,转变观念 ;发挥优势 ,克服劣势 ,走自己独特的道路 ;要有更强的紧迫感和发展意识 ;在相对封闭的条件下营造开放的氛围 ;

After our nation joined WTO, regional colleges and universities face new challenges and problems. In order to exist and develop better in the strong competition, the regional colleges and universities have to keep calm, objectively realize and analyze their advantages and disadvantages in the competition, and seek proper countermeasures about WTO. They should emancipate mind, change ideas, give full play to the advantages, overcome the disadvantages and take their own peculiar roads. They should have more urgent felling and developing consciousness, construct the open atmosphere under the relatively close conditions and offer the lenient policies for taking part in the international competition.
