中小学教师的人格特征比较研究

Comparative Study of the Personality Characteristics of Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools

采用卡特尔的 16种人格测验 ,对随机抽取的参加某省中小学骨干教师培训的教师进行了测试。发现 :中小学教师与一般成人在人格特征方面存在多项差异 ;中小学教师的人格特征具有高度的一致性 ;高中。

The study tests the teachers joining the training of the core teachers of some province by random sampling with the Sixteen Personality Test of Cattell.The result indicates the personality characteristics of the teachers in the primary and middle school are different from the adults' in many ways.Furthermore,the result manifests that the personality characteristics of the teachers in the primary and middle school are identical but those are different among the teachers in the primary school and the junior and senior middle school.
