随着我国法治建设的逐步完善,企业行为将会受到越来越严格的规范,法律在企业危机管理中的重要性也正越来越突出地体现出来。在危机管理工作中,应特别重视那些容易引发企业危机的法律问题。要想在危机管理工作中更好地掌握和运用法律,必须提高企业领导对法律问题的重视,提高企业的全员法律意识,聘请法律顾问参与危机管理,从法律方面预测预防危机,学会用法律手段管理经济,健全内部监督机制。

With the gradual improvement of our national legislative construction, the standardization of enterprise action will be more and more strict. Also, the importance of law in the crisis management of enterprises will be embodied more and more distinctly. During the crisis management, we should especially attach importance to law issues which have the tendency to bring enterprise crisis. In order to more effectively command and exert the law in the crisis management, it is necessary that the leader of enterprise should enhance the recognition to law issues, the staff should enhance the law consciousness. Besides, enterprise should retain a barrister to take part in the crisis management, prognosticate and prevent crisis at the point of law, learn to manage economy with law and perfect interior supervise-mechanism.
