On the Mechanism of PPC supervision

执政党要增强党的政治合法性,必须代表最广大人民群众的根本利益,依法执政,依法实施对社会的领导和社会整合,正确处理各种社会矛盾和社会关系。建立科学的社会整合机制是党进行社会整合的关键,科学的社会整合机制是社会整合的精神实质、组织机制、整合方式的有机统一。社会整合的组织机制主要是通过人民政协制、党领导的多党合作和政治协商制、对群众团体的领导制来实现的。社会整合的方式是权力领导方式和非权力领导方式的统一,主要包括体制改革、国家法律、党的政策、组织认可、思想政治工作等方式来实现的。

The CPC must represent fundamentality the benefit of the most people and must rightly deal with all kinds of social contradiction by ruling and leading the society by law if it wants to build up its validity of power. Building scientific mechanism of social conformity is the key of the social conformity of CPC. The scientific mechanism of social conformity should be composed of the essntials,the organizing mechanism and the means. The organisation mechanism of social conformity, namely the organizing mechanism of united-line work mechanism, chiefly is manufacturing by means of the people political consultative conference,the multiparty work together with politics,leadership to the mass organization .The means of social conformity of CPC is that of power and the means of policy,which includes the reform of system,law, policy, approbating of organization and the work of political work.
