“透视”当代大学生心理走向的迷失——大学生心理健康问题再思考

Analysis on the psychological loss among contemporary university students ——a reconsideration of the psychological health of the contemporaryuniversity students

目的了解大学生的心理状况,为高校心理健康工作提供科学依据。方法对广东省韩山师范学院03级文科学生611名新生,用“大学生人格健康量表(UPI)”进行心理普查。结果当代大学生由于社会、学校、自身、家庭等多种复杂因素的影响,迷惑和无助常困扰着他们,使越来越多的在校生存在不同程度的心理障碍。结论高校必须谋求一系列妥善的方法去帮助这些迷失了心理走向的大学生们。

Objective Understand the psychological state of university students in order to offer a scientific basis for psychological health of higher University. Method There was a psychological research with“UPI”, the object are the 611 freshmen majored in liberal arts in grade 03 in Hanshan Teachers college in Guangdong. Result Contemporary university students are often perplexed with confusion and helplessness because of complicated factors they may be faced in society, sclool, family, themselves, etc. This perplexity brings more and more students at school exist into psychological obstacles at various degrees. Conclusion The university faculty therefore must seek for a series of measures and means to help out those with psychological problems.
