摘要
模块化是一种20世纪90年代开始逐渐引起管理学界注意的产品设计与生产方法,它的作用在于对复杂产品设计与生产过程的简化。基于对知识的系统性的认识,认为模块化同样可以有效应用于知识管理领域。由于知识不仅具有模糊性特征,而且还具有复杂性和系统性特征,因此,企业知识创新既要求多种专业知识的复杂协作,又要求激发复杂知识载体——知识员工的创造力。模块化具有分解复杂系统的作用,以模块化原理管理知识员工可以激发其创造力,因此,应用模块化原理管理高技术企业知识创新有利于提高组合创新的机会、应付未来不确定性以及提高创新速度。最后给出了基于模块化原理的知识管理策略。
Modularity is a product design and manufacture method that attracts management scholars since 90s.Based on the understanding systematic character of knowledge, this paper consider that modularity method also can be efficiently used in the KM field. Currently mainstream knowledge creation literature mainly is developed from Nonaka’ SECI model. They pay attention to tacit character of knowledge, and pay no attention to its complexity and systematical character. In fact, knowledge creation depends on the complex cooperation of various kinds of specialized knowledge and the simulation of the creativity of knowledge workers. The main function of modularity is decomposing complex system. Secondly, the creativity of knowledge workers can be inspired by using modularity method .So that, modularity is in favor of enhancing the opportunity of combinative creation, the capability of dealing with uncertainty and rapidity of creation. In the end, this paper presents knowledge management strategies based on such a modularity theory.
