摘要
在对绍兴市 45家民营企业接班人情况进行调研的基础上研究了影响 (绍兴 )民营企业接班模式的因素。研究发现 ,企业的规模、企业家的文化程度、家族的控股比例。
Based on the succesion of 45 private enterprises in ShaoXing,the elements affecting the succession modes were investigated.It was found that the size of the companies, the entrepreneurs' educated levels, the degree of control (share) to the company as well as the company's background showed distinct relationship each other.
