摘要
中国的民营企业中有相当部分是私营企业 ,由私营企业的家族模式而产生的家族制问题 ,已成为不少民营企业进一步发展的障碍 ;而企业缺乏内部信任机制是众多问题中难以解决的问题之一。如何使民营企业尽快走出家族制的围城和困惑 ,向现代企业管理制度转变 ,在家族制企业中建立内部信任机制已迫在眉睫。探讨了在我国家族制企业中如何通过企业诚信文化建设 ,强化信任合作关系 。
The problem of family system, caused by the family mode of Chinese private enterprises is becoming an obstacle of the private enterprises' development. The lack of the inner-trust-mechanism is one of the most difficulties in the numerous problems. It is of the utmost urgency to take some steps to get rid of the perplexity and change to the modern business enterprise management system.The feasible ways were studied to promote the health development of the household enterprises in our country by the construction of the business enterprise culture, and enhance the cooperation relation of the faith.
