团队在组织活动中扮演着日益重要的角色 ,而团队学习是团队持久竞争力的根本解决方案之一。回顾了国外近年来对团队学习的研究 ,重点介绍了 Edmondson的团队学习模型 ,详细讨论了团队学习的发生过程和影响团队学习的因素 ,并对照原有的组织学习理论进行了对比分析 ,最后 。
International research advances in team learning were reviewed.The team learning model proposed by Professor Amy C. Edmondson was highlighted.The team learning process and key impacting factors were ilustrated and compared against our knowledge of teamwork and organizational learning. Practical implication and further directions to conduct relevant researches in China were also discussed.
