沙培林对鼠脑胶质瘤抑癌作用的实验研究

Experimental study on carcinostatic action of Sapylin for mouse with cerebral glioma

目的研究沙培林对裸鼠脑胶质瘤的抑癌作用。方法28只BALB/C裸小鼠皮下接种U251脑胶质瘤成功后随机分成4组,分别瘤周注射生理盐水0.2ml、沙培林0.2KE、0.4KE、0.8KE,共8次。解瘤实验,测量肿瘤的体积(V)和重量(W)。结果沙培林治疗组V与对照组V相比有明显差异(P<0.01和P<0.05),瘤重W经统计学处理亦有差异。治疗组抑瘤率分别为27.5%、32%和53.1%。结论沙培林可以抑制脑胶质瘤的生长。

Objective To study the carcinostatic action of Sapylin for mouse with cerebral glioma. Methods 28 postvaccinial BALB/C nude mouse with U251 glioma were randomly divided into 4 groups.0.2 ml normal saline solution,0. 2 KE Sapylin,0.4 KE Sapylin and 0.8 KE Sapylin were injected into periphery of tumors each group.The tumors were dissected after 8 times, then the volume and weight of all tumors were measured. Rusults The volume and weight of tumors in Sapylin groups were less than that in control group( P < 0.01, P < 0.05). The rates of inhibiting tumor in the Sapylin groups are 27.5 % , 32 % and 53.1% respectively. Conclusion Sapylin may inhibit the growth of cerebral glioma.
