放射性脑损伤的防治——附典型病例并文献复习

摘要 近些年钴60、直线加速器、X刀、γ刀、内放射等,广泛应用于脑瘤的治疗,取得一定疗效,但放射性脑损伤的严重并发症甚至死亡,也屡见不鲜,值得重视.本文结合典型病例复习文献并探讨对策.
