摘要
在新形势下,实践“三个代表”重要思想,加强和改进党的作风建设,提高领导者的素质和领导水平,对于社会的经济、政治、文化、社会风气等方面都具有极其重要的意义。本文从提高领导者自身素质和理论水平、提高领导者的气质素养等方面阐述了领导活动中,处于主导地位的领导者,如何增强对下属的影响力的问题。这对于保证领导目标的实现和领导效能的提高,起着决定性的作用。
Under the new circumstance, it is of momentous significance to make achievements in social economy, politics, culture and social mode by putting the important thought of 'Three Represent's' into practice, by improving and enhancing the Party's working style in ideology and politics, and by developing the leaders' fine qualities and cultivating their art of leadership. This paper discusses how a leader enhance his influential power over the subordinates by improving his own qualities, theoretical level, and the art of leadership.
