摘要
本文论述高校师专层次学报作为高校学报公开发行单独系列中的一位新兵,它目前所处的现状与困境,以及其存在的必要性。并论述了师专学报要走出困境就应加强全面质量管理,扬长避短,充分利用其自身所具有的特点与地域优势,办出有自己特色的高质量、高效益的师专学报。
Journals published by teachers' colleges are newcomers in the self-contained journal family publicly distributed by colleges and universities. This paper analyzes its present situation, the facing predicament, and the necessity of its existence. In order to extract from the predicament and run a unique featured journal with beneficial effects, we should exercise the general management and supervision of its quality, bypass the disadvantages, and make best use of its own characteristics and regional advantages.
