摘要
中国史学界大多数学者认为,中日“二十一条”交涉与袁世凯帝制野心有一定关系,笔者考察文献认为:袁世凯帝制野心与中日“二十一条”交涉没有关系。
Most of Chinese history scholars think that there are some relations between Twenty-One Demands and Yuan Shikai's careerism to revive the monarchy.However,after researching into related historical documents,the author hold an opposite opinion.
