摘要
主体性教育关注人的发展,只承认个体差异的存在,而差生与个体差异两个概念相去甚远,且不是导致差生产生的充分条件。在教学实践中,转化差生基本策略:一是目标教学的变革模式;二是课堂讲授的活动参与性;三是从课堂信息流调控上优化教学设计;四是教学过程情感效应的释放。
Subject teaching pays close attention to development of the man, only admits the Individual discrepancy exist, the difference between the Students Weaking at Study And Individual discrepancy this two concept are far from each other .moreover ,It is not the Sufficient Condition Cause the Students to Produce .In the teaching Practice, there are four basic Countermeasures. The first is the reformation mode of target teaching, the second is participating in the activities of class teaching, the third is that optimize teaching design with class information current regulate, and the last one is emotional release during the teaching process.
