摘要
本文通过调查布拖县实施国家生态环境建设项目的情况,针对存在的突出问题提出了“建设性”意见,对构筑长江上游生态屏障,走可持续性发展道路具有积极意义。
By investigating the conditions of implementing the construction item of ecological environment in Butuo County, this paper putsforwand some constructive suggestions to the prominent problems. It has active meaning to construct the ecological screen of upper reaches of Chang Jiang River and take the way of continuing development.
