摘要
待遇低、条件差、发展机会小等原因造成了民族地区高校教师的不断流失。民族地区高校应提高认识,以流促留,通过提高待遇、强化激励、依法管理、尊重关心、选贤任能等措施正确处理教师的流动与稳定。
Various reasons such as low salary, bad conditions, few developing chances, etc. make teachers transfer to other localities continuously in minority regions universities and colleges. For solving this problem, the minority regions universities and colleges need to advance their cognitions to reach the aim of stay through the go. We need to adopt some measures for accurate dealing with teachers fluxion and stabilization. these measures include salary improvement, prompting mechanism consolidation, legal management, respect and concern, choosing the talents and appointing them.
