摘要
合成并表征了手性双膦配体(R)-P-Phos(2,2',6,6'-四甲氧基-4,4'-二(二苯膦基)-3,3'-联吡啶)与(R,R)-DPEN(1,2-二苯基乙二胺)及其过度金属钌的络合物〔RuCl2{(R)-P-Phos}(R,R)-DPEN〕。以手性双膦及手性二胺钌配合物〔RuCl2{(R)-P-Phos}(R,R)-DPEN〕催化苯乙酮及取代苯乙酮不对称加氢反应,对苯乙酮对映选择性可达82.1%e.e.。
睷uCl2{(R)-P-Phos}(R,R)-DPEN〕,were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR and 1P{H}NMR.Up to 82.1% e.e. was obtained in the hydrogenation of simple aromatic ketones catalyzed by 〔RuCl2{(R)-P-Phos}(R,R)-DPEN〕 under the mild conditions and the high molar ratio of substrate to catalyst.
