洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对29种抗菌素的耐药性分析

摘要 目的:了解洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的耐药特征.方法:微量稀释法.结果:29种抗菌素敏感性测试结果显示β-内酰胺酶抗菌素中青霉素类抗菌素哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感性分别为82.2%和89.7%;10种头孢类抗菌素中的二代、三代和四代头孢中头孢他啶和头孢布烯的敏感性在85%左右,头孢曲松和头孢克洛为50%左右,其余均在50%以下;被测试的两种碳青霉烯类抗菌素亚胺培南的敏感性只有7.7%,美罗培南敏感性为87.2%;4种氨基糖苷类抗菌素敏感率均为2.6%;6种喹诺酮类抗菌素除萘啶酸为56.4%,其他均小于25%以下.氯霉素的敏感性为15.4%.哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢布烯、美罗培南和甲氧苄啶对洋葱伯克霍尔德菌有较高的活性,头孢他啶、头孢布烯、美罗培南和甲氧苄啶的MIC50均为4,美罗培南的MIC90为8,头孢布烯的MIC90为16.结论:该菌在耐药表型上与铜绿假单胞菌和嗜麦牙窄食单胞菌相似,天然耐多种抗菌素,一旦感染治疗困难.从体外药敏结果看,哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢布烯、美罗培南和甲氧苄啶可作为由洋葱伯克霍尔德引起感染的治疗药物.
