摘要
目的:为了提高葛根黄豆苷元溶解度和生物利用度,本文合成了葛根4'-氧代乙酸7羟乙氧基-黄豆苷元(DZ18)。方法:本实验采用半合成的方法,以黄豆苷元为母体,在7位,4'位导入基团生成黄豆苷元双置换体。结果:DZ18经四大光谱分析符合设计要求。结论:新合成的化合物DZ18溶解度较黄豆苷元有较大提高。
Objective:To improve the solubility and the pharmacology activity of daidzein, DZ18 was synthesized. Method: Displacement was made in 7,4 baseplace of daidzein by semi-synthetic method. Results:DZ18 was up to standard from 4 kinds of spectrum analysis. Conclusion:The solubility of new compounds DZ18 has been improved.
