摘要
目的:对丹参总酚酸/三七总苷多比例、多剂量的筛选与优化。方法:丹参总酚酸和三七总苷(参七注射液)按不同的比例配伍静脉推注,以心肌氧摄取率变化率为观测指标,采用权重配方法进行组方分析。结果:发现丹参总酚酸和三七总苷按3:11(或3:14)配伍,可使麻醉犬心肌氧摄取率显著下降,两药间有协同作用。结论:两药按比例3:11(mg/kg,iv)配伍,使麻醉犬心肌氧摄取率降低,呈现一定的量效关系。
Objective:To quantitatively seek an optimal analgesic combination of total savianolic acid with panax notoginseng saporins.Method: The model of acute myocardium ischemia in dogs were applied to measure the myocardium oxygen uptake rate. Six groups with different ratios and doses of total savianolic acid and panax notoginseng saporins were set to seek an optimal combination rate. Based on the results, we used weighted modification method to characterize the compatibility.Result:The results showed that the combination could markedly decrease the uptake of oxygen on myocardium at proportion (total savianolic acid:panax notoginseng saporins= 3:11 or 3:14). Conclusion:Total savianolic acid + Panax notoginseng saporins at the dose of 3:11 or 3:14mg/kg(i.v.)resulted in an optimal combination.
