促肝细胞生长素联合甘利欣针剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎56例疗效观察

Observation on treatment effect of hepatocyte growth factor and GanLiXin injection in the treatment of 56 chronic hepatitis B

目的:观察促肝细胞生长素联合甘利欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:105例慢性乙型肝炎,随机分为两组,治疗组56例,在综合治疗的基础上加用甘利欣针剂150mg及促肝细胞生长素80mg治疗,对照组49例,在综合治疗的基础上加用阿拓莫兰治疗,疗程30d。结果:治疗组与对照组症状、体征的改善无明显差异,生化指标的改善两组相比有显著性差别。治疗组HBsAg阴转率及HBeAb阳转率明显升高。结论:促肝细胞生长素与甘利欣联合应用可能提高患者免疫机能,抑制强烈的炎症反应熏导致乙肝病毒被清除。

Objective:To observe treatment effect of hepatocyte growth factor and GanLiXin injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:105 cases of chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group and the control group,and the course of treatment were 30 days.Results:No obvious differences of symptom improvement in two groups,but differences were obvious in biochemical index.Conclusions:Hepatocyte growth factor and GanLiXin injection can improve patient's immune function,suppress the strong inflammation,remove the hepatitis B virus.
